There is some good news for all Singham fans as Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn will reunite once more to take their cop universe franchise ‘Singham’ forward. Their track record as director-actor has been exceptional and has never disappointed the fans. The release date of the film has also been fixed, and it will hit theatres on Diwali 2024. This will be the 11th collaboration between Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn. Film’s production will begin this year itself in the month of July.
Lead Actor Ajay Devgn’s Statement
Earlier, on January 2, Ajay took to Instagram and shared photographs from the film’s narration. He delighted fans by announcing Singham 2. The actor stated he began 2023 with the narration of his up-coming movie with Rohit Shetty. Sharing the pictures, Ajay wrote, “Made a good start to the New Year with @itsrohitshetty ‘s narration of Singham Again. The script I heard is God willing this will be our 11th blockbuster.”
This will be the third installment of the Singham franchise. The first part was released in 2011, starring Ajay Devgn and Kajjal Agrawal, and the second part was released in 2014 starring Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor Khan.
